No estate agency service
ViewTrusts is not presented on this website as an estate agency and does not market, sell or let properties directly. Clients remain responsible for their own agency, sales, lettings, compliance and transaction obligations.
Availability and bookings
All services are subject to location, suitable representative availability, appointment requirements and written confirmation. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or contract.
Pricing and mileage
Website prices are starting prices. Each single viewing or dedicated day booking includes up to 20 total travel miles. Mileage is measured from the initial key collection location, through all scheduled viewing locations, to the final key drop-off location. Any mileage above 20 miles is charged at 55p per additional mile. Where no key collection is required, mileage is measured from the first viewing location to the final viewing location. Prices may also change where parking, tolls, additional time, urgency or other requirements apply. A final price and the applicable booking terms will be confirmed before a booking is accepted.
