Before you book.
Can ViewTrusts find buyers for my property?
No. You or your appointed online agent must advertise the property, handle enquiries, approve the buyer and arrange the appointment before instructing us.
Will you answer questions about the property?
We can present factual information you have supplied and approved. We won't guess or give legal, technical, financial or surveying advice. Questions outside your brief are recorded for you or your appointed adviser to answer.
How is mileage calculated?
A booking includes 20 total travel miles measured from the initial key collection location, through the scheduled viewing, to the final key drop-off location. Mileage above this is 55p per mile. If no key collection is needed, the mileage basis will be confirmed before payment.
Do I have a cooling-off period?
For bookings made online or by telephone, consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation right. If you ask us to begin or complete the service during that period, specific rules apply. These are explained in the Home Seller Terms and in the booking confirmation.
Is ViewTrusts insured?
ViewTrusts carries public liability insurance up to £10 million. Evidence of current cover is available on request.
