For property launches, open houses and premium viewing events. We can coordinate the wider guest experience around your brief, including welcome drinks, canapés, hospitality suppliers, guest arrival and the flow of hosted viewings.

Each single viewing or dedicated day booking includes up to 20 total travel miles. Mileage is measured from the initial key collection location, through all scheduled viewing locations, to the final key drop-off location. Any mileage above 20 miles is charged at 55p per additional mile. Where no key collection is required, mileage is measured from the first viewing location to the final viewing location. Single appointments beginning after 5pm have a £10 evening supplement. Parking, tolls and agreed additional time are charged separately. We'll confirm every cost before payment. Your business arranges and approves the appointment. We prepare from your brief, host the viewing and return structured feedback. We don't advertise properties, source or qualify buyers, negotiate, receive offers or progress transactions.
What information will buyers receive?
We present the property information approved and supplied by the instructing business. Legal, technical and transactional questions requiring specialist input are returned to your team for follow-up.
How are keys and access managed?
Key collection, property access, alarm instructions and return arrangements are agreed before the appointment. Any associated cost is confirmed before payment.
Is ViewTrusts insured?
Yes. ViewTrusts carries public liability insurance up to £10 million. Evidence of cover is available to business clients on request.
When is the appointment confirmed?
We first confirm suitability, availability, travel and the full cost. The appointment is secured once the agreed payment has been received.
